Job Summary

Our client, a provider of consumables and solutions to the oil & gas industry, is seeking to hire a Sales Manager – Mud Pump Consumables to be based in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The role will be responsible for managing and growing sales activities across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, and Kuwait, with further regional expansion envisaged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop sales activities across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, and Kuwait
  • Drive revenue growth for mud pump consumables and related oilfield products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, service companies, and distributors
  • Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure effective delivery
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in oilfield services, with strong preference for mud pump consumablesSolid understanding of oil & gas markets in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, and Kuwait
  • Established regional network within the oilfield industry
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a multi-country territory
