• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress against KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure sales processes and CRM systems are used effectively and consistently.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
