We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and client relationship management, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

What will I be doing?
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress against KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align objectives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior leadership.
