Online Commercial Manager | MAF Retail | UAE Corporate Head Office

ROLE SUMMARY

The Online Commercial Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing SAVA’s online delivery channel. The role ensures best-in-class online execution, strong commercial performance, and seamless coordination between internal teams and platform account managers. This position is critical to driving visibility, sales, profitability, and customer experience for SAVA’s online business in the UAE.

ROLE PROFILE
  • Manage day-to-day operations of SAVA’s online stores/sales.
  • Monitor and drive sales performance, profitability, and conversion rates across online platforms.
  • Adjust pricing, promotions, and visibility tools to maximize channel growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Online platforms account managers.
  • Ensure products are correctly listed, categorized, and visually optimized (images, descriptions, tags).
  • Collaborate with store operations to ensure accurate stock reflection and real-time availability.
  • Communicate and resolve issues related to delivery failures, order cancellations, and customer complaints.
  • Plan and execute platform campaigns, tactical promotions, and visibility drives.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in online marketplace management, preferably with grocery, FMCG, or quick-commerce apps
  • Solid understanding of pricing, promotions, and online shopper behavior.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with dashboards and performance KPIs.
