Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across enterprise and government accounts in the UAE and wider GCC. The role involves selling IT solutions, cybersecurity, cloud services, and managed services, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development across enterprise, government, and semi-government accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Sell IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and managed services
  • Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with presales and technical teams to develop solution-led proposals
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting
  • Develop account strategies aligned with revenue and margin targets
Candidate Requirements
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in IT solutions, systems integration, or managed services
  • Proven success closing mid to large enterprise or government deals in the UAE/GCC
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and MSP models
  • Consultative, value-based selling approach
  • Existing relationships within UAE government, utilities, healthcare, or regulated sectors preferred
