Remote Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for coordinating various marketing activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies, manage content calendars, and help drive our social media efforts to connect with our target audience in innovative ways.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate the production of marketing materials.
• Support social media strategy by scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports to share with the marketing team.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and support lead generation efforts.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role or internship.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools to measure campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for marketing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
