The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications that promote Solareff's brand, products, and services. Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role (renewable energy or technical industry advantageous).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools.
- Basic design knowledge (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite beneficial).
- Strong command of English and excellent attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Coordination
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials (digital and print).
- Support internal and external communication in line with Solareff's brand identity.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and monitor Solareff’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content while tracking engagement metrics.
- Assist with website updates and other digital communication activities.
Branding & Design
- Ensure all materials align with Solareff’s brand guidelines.
- Liaise with designers, printers, and suppliers for marketing collateral.
- Contribute creative input to visual and conceptual designs.
Event Coordination
- Assist with planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and provide on‑site support.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain marketing databases and contact lists.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and track campaign results.
- Assist with marketing budget tracking and spend management.
petitor & Industry Research
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct research to support business development and sales initiatives.
