The Opportunity: Account Manager

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role at Webwiser, managing key client relationships and leading project delivery across digital, creative, and technical teams. You’ll act as the strategic link between clients and the agency, ensuring we deliver work that’s not only on brief but drives tangible results.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, building strong and trusted partnerships.
  • Lead client communication and strategy alignment, ensuring their goals are clearly understood and executed.
  • Work closely with creative, content, digital, and development teams to deliver impactful campaigns and web projects.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project scopes to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outputs.
  • Present campaign and creative work to clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within each account.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to help them develop within the client service function.
Requirements
