The successful candidate will report to the marketing manager and assist the PoolXpert Sales Manager in implementing and managing the annual brand plan.
The successful candidate will be required to co-ordinate all projects relating to the PoolXpert brand, mainly social media and campaigns (creative & content), events, promotional items, signage, and store openings to a smaller degree.
Social Media: Maintain social media presence by increasing followers, creating and posting content, and fostering engagement while building and nurturing relationships.
Coordinate and publish announcements regarding product launches and events.
Website: Maintain PoolXpert website with assistance from an appointed agency to ensure SEO implementation, tracking, and frequent updates.
PR & Customer Communication: Draft and distribute frequent communication concerning new product launches, campaigns, promotions, and price increases.
Brand Management: Ensure that the PoolXpert CI manual is adhered to. Deal with multiple suppliers, customers, and colleagues. Assist the Sales Manager with a national signage project consisting of exterior, interior, and vehicle branding.
Develop, implement, and monitor monthly campaigns with assistance from the Sales Manager. Manage promotional and print items from design, quotation, and production to installation / distribution. Assist with customer events and launches such as store openings, conferences, and golf days.

Degree in Marketing Management and Brand Marketing. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. A natural flair for and understanding of digital opportunities. Sound knowledge of Canva is a minimum requirement.
Adobe Suite – Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator will be an advantage. Photography & Videography skills will be an advantage. WordPress & E-Commerce experience will be an advantage. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Good Computer literacy skills (Excel, Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint).
Team player but also able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Ability to meet deadlines. Manage multiple projects at the same time. Local travel will be required from time to time. Fluidra is a workplace where everyone can develop.
