1. Develop strategic business plans.
2. Compile quarterly operational sales plans aligned with the 3-year business plan.
3. Create an annual time and territory management plan.
4. Determine annual budget requirements.
5. Provide excellent customer service.
6. Support merchandising and signage efforts.
7. Implement national, regional, and ad-hoc promotional activities.
8. Establish effective customer call frequency.
9. Build sound business relationships.
10. Develop tailored service packages.
11. Achieve sales volume and market share targets.
12. Leverage sales information services.
13. Monitor retail liquor pricing.
14. Maintain product quality.
15. Ensure compliance with SAB credit policy.
16. Conduct SEC evaluations.
17. Manage Human Resources and develop employees.
18. Manage IR climate and apply personnel functions.

1. B Comm, IMM, or similar sales and marketing qualification.
2. 3-5 years of management experience.
3. Valid Driver's License.
4. Computer literacy.
5. Experience in Sales, Retail, or Business Development roles.
