Position Overview

ELVTR is looking for a highly initiative-driven UK Sales Operations Lead to own and optimize the operational efficiency of our UK sales function.

In this role, you will drive process improvements, leverage AI for automation and analysis, support revenue growth initiatives, and act as the primary operational partner for the sales team. You will combine hands‑on execution with strategic thinking to ensure scalability, speed, and data integrity across the sales operation.

This is a full‑time, fully remote role based in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement & Initiative: Proactively suggest and implement automations and optimizations across the sales cycle and operational workflows
  • AI-Driven Process Optimization: Leverage AI tools to streamline sales operations, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency
  • Extra Revenue Channel Generation: Research, propose, and operationalize initiatives aimed at generating additional revenue streams
  • AI Usage & Innovation: Continuously identify areas where AI solutions can improve sales processes, reporting, or decision‑making
  • Weekly Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly reports covering sales activity, performance metrics, and key operational challenges for leadership
  • Daily Operational Support: Own day‑to‑day sales operations, including system health checks (CRM, tools, integrations), CRM filters and workflows, sales team scheduling, and course distribution updates
  • Lead Processing Time Influence: Actively monitor and improve lead processing time through accurate routing, prompt assignment, and follow‑up optimization
  • Team Inquiries & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for sales team operational questions (technical issues, process clarification, document access)
  • Customer Mailbox Management: Assist in managing and prioritizing customer inquiries in shared operational mailboxes
  • Resource Library Maintenance: Maintain and continuously update the unified sales resource library, ensuring a single source of truth for processes, documentation, and regulatory information
  • Sales Enablement Materials: Lead the preparation and upkeep of sales templates, payment links, and product documentation for immediate team use
  • Training & Onboarding Support: Support the operational onboarding of new sales representatives by providing tools, system access, and initial training in close collaboration with the Sales Team Leader
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement
  • Strong AI proficiency, including experience using AI tools for sales data analysis, process automation, and prompt engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive ideas from concept to execution
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of ownership over critical daily operational tasks
