Job summary
A dynamic online sales company is seeking a Head of Online Sales to lead and mentor a dedicated sales team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role. Responsibilities include training the team, optimizing sales processes, and driving accountability. This fully remote position is suitable for someone located within ±3 hours of Central European Time, offering a great opportunity to shape the team's success in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
- Strong coaching and mentorship track record.
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team through daily roleplays and feedback sessions.
- Review sales calls and provide actionable, constructive input.
- Develop and refine sales scripts and sales processes.
- Drive your own sales to stay product-aware and model best practice.
- Instill accountability and structure in the team’s daily sales approach.
