Job description

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of CRM, RevOps, and marketing automation projects.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, client-focused, and deeply familiar with HubSpot's ecosystem – including CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, and integration workflows.

The HubSpot Project Manager will oversee client onboarding, manage project timelines, coordinate team resources, and ensure successful technical and strategic implementation of HubSpot solutions.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them from kickoff through deployment and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery

Manage multiple concurrent HubSpot implementation and optimization projects.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverable schedules.

Coordinate tasks across internal teams including RevOps, integrations, marketing automation, and training.

Lead project kickoff meetings, weekly client check-ins, and internal status reviews.

Ensure documentation, workflows, and assets are delivered accurately and on time.

Client Management

Serve as the primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle.

Translate client goals into actionable HubSpot strategies and tasks.

Manage client expectations around timelines, scope, and deliverables.

Provide clear communication, guidance, and support to ensure client satisfaction and adoption.

HubSpot Implementation

Assist in configuring HubSpot CRM objects, automation sequences, workflows, dashboards, lists, and pipelines.

Support integrations with third‑party systems (e.g., Salesforce, QuickBooks, Arrows, Zapier, custom APIs).

Assist in data imports, data cleanup, and property architecture.

Ensure best practices are followed across marketing, sales, and service processes.

Quality Assurance

Review configurations and deliverables for accuracy and alignment with project goals.

Perform testing on workflows, integrations, and automations prior to launch.

Monitor project performance and implement process improvements as needed.

Required Qualifications

2–4+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM or marketing automation projects.

Strong understanding of HubSpot Hubs, workflows, automation, and CRM architecture.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (RevOps, development, marketing, sales).

HubSpot certifications (Project Management, CRM Implementation, Sales / Marketing Software, RevOps) preferred.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience at a HubSpot Solutions Partner agency or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
  • Knowledge of integration tools such as Operations Hub, Zapier, Make, or custom API processes.
  • Experience with data migration, CRM cleanup, or RevOps process development.
  • Strong presentation and client communication skills.

Start Date: January 5,

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time

Location: Remote, with the possibility of occasional in‑person meetings for team‑building.
