This full-time position offers the chance to work closely with the export team in Pakistan.

Qualifications

Position Overview

Latifia Dairies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager for Africa to lead its export expansion for cheese products.

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, evaluate, and establish strong distribution partners across all key African countries to grow the company's presence and sales in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand cheese exports across African markets.
• Identify, evaluate, and appoint strong and reliable distributors in each country of the African region.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand local dairy demand, pricing structures, and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, importers, and key retail clients.
• Ensure compliance with local import regulations, certifications, and quality standards.
• Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and promotional strategies with distribution partners.
• Collaborate closely with the export and logistics teams in Pakistan to ensure smooth order execution and supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor distributor performance, sales targets, and market growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at regional trade fairs, exhibitions, and business forums to promote Latifia cheese products.
