JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure that the volume of ATM and CIT attacks and cash loss is kept to an absolute minimum.
2. Build an ATM physical security strategy to minimize the threat of cash and work with external parties to ensure that perpetrators of crimes against NCR are caught and sentenced.
3. Implement security tools at the ATM and across the wider network to protect against known and future threats.
4. Assess and analyze the latest industry threats to ensure safety for employees and equipment.
5. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders for effective security and emergency response plans.
6. Investigate and report all incidents resulting in damage or loss of company property.
7. Oversee day-to-day security operations, including emergency response planning.
8. Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
9. Deliver a comprehensive risk register and business continuity plan.
10. Create and implement "Best in Class" Security procedures and processes.
11. Conduct investigations into policy violations and advise management on disciplinary actions.
12. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and investigate incidents.
13. Support Service Operations and the Global Security Team as necessary.
14. Maintain knowledge of security technologies and best practices.
15. Educate employees on security awareness and policies.
16. Execute weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Academic Grade 12.
2. Relevant tertiary degree / diploma in Security Management or equivalent.
3. Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role.
4. Current and valid driving license (No endorsement) Code 8 / 10.
5. Experience in ATM / Banking / Cash Handling.
6. Proficiency in security assessments, audits, and investigations.
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. Military / Law enforcement and business administration experience.

PETENCIES:

2. Security awareness and aptitude for identifying improvements.
3. General ATM industry knowledge is an advantage.
4. Compliance and regulatory experience.
5. Ability to identify improvements within the organization.
