Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000 standards is essential.
• Experience in human capital management and development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all quality audits are passed and that facilities are maintained.
• Achieve customer contracted service levels and build market relationships.
• Deliver budgets that meet specified mandates and mitigate financial losses.
• Address operational risks promptly and lead the food safety team.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and manage HR-related tasks.
