We are seeking a Recruiter 2 to join our DSSM Talent Acquisition team at IQVIA. This is a fully remote opportunity based anywhere in South Africa, but hybrid work arrangements in our offices are also an option.
Support the continuous improvement of the staffing function through development and implementation for all staffing programs in an assigned business unit / department, primarily in one geography. With guidance, conduct recruiting activity for management teams as assigned.
Sourcing and attracting top talent in Statistical Programming, Data Management and Biostatistics
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for our team.
