A leading recruitment firm is looking for an Italian Speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative for a prestigious airline brand. The role is fully remote and requires native level fluency in Italian, as well as flexibility to work shifts. The successful candidate will assist passengers with travel-related queries and work on airline reservation systems. Permanent residents of South Africa are preferred, and fully paid training will be provided for the first four weeks.

Training: Training must be conducted in office for the first 15 weeks (Waterfront)
Working hours: 40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day - Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday includes public holidays as operationally required. Working hours will be sent 2 weeks in advance.
