We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst, with MS Dynamics BC /NAV experience, to collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering

• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Document the current ERP Finance setup.
• Create detailed user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.

Data Analysis

• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability.
• Present findings to management and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Conduct a cost and functionality comparison with other ERP systems

Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business processes.
• Propose process improvements and automation solutions.
• Monitor the implementation of changes and measure their impact.
