Key Responsibilities

â Design and produce digital assets such as banners, carousels, and social media graphics for campaigns and brand communications.

â Create visually impactful PowerPoint presentations and digital collateral.

â Adapt and optimize designs for different digital platforms and formats.

â Collaborate with creative, marketing, and account teams in Belgium via digital platforms.

â Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards across all deliverables.

â Stay updated with the latest digital design trends, tools, and technologies.

â Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a remote setting.

Requirements

â 1-4 years of experience in digital design or a similar hybrid role.

â Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital work (banners, social media, presentations, etc.).

â Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, and PowerPoint.

â Experience designing for social media, web, and digital campaigns.

â Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and digital best practices.

â Excellent communication skills in English.

â Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

â Experience with animation or motion graphics (After Effects or similar).

â Familiarity with feed-based advertising and automation tools.

â Knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus.

â Interest in AI-assisted design tools and workflow automation.

Additional Notes

â This is a hybrid digital design role, not a pure graphic design or coding position. The focus is on versatility, creativity, and digital execution across multiple formats and platforms.

â Please note : This position is not remote. Candidates must be able to work in person at our Bryanston, Johannesburg office.
