The Role
We are seeking an innovative and visionary Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative team and drive the development of compelling, brand-aligned campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a strong strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a knack for art direction. This role requires someone who can seamlessly blend creative vision with execution, delivering exceptional work that inspires audiences and achieves business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee creative strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and messaging.
- Create attention grabbing graphics for paid and organic campaigns on social media.
- Work with our video editors to create storyboards and supporting graphics for all our videos.
- Champion innovative ideas, pushing the boundaries of creativity while maintaining function over form.
- Project Oversight:
- Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and sales) to integrate creative solutions into broader campaigns.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, articulating the vision and value effectively.
- Art Direction:
- Provide hands-on art direction, guiding the visual identity of campaigns and ensuring cohesive storytelling.
- Review and refine designs and video, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry design practices, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the creative process.
- Strategic Contribution:
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform creative strategies.
- Advocate for brand consistency across all channels and mediums.
- Evaluate campaign performance, using data to refine and improve future efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior graphic design role, including art direction.
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse campaigns and your expertise in art direction.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) and an understanding of emerging creative tools.
- Skills with Adobe After Effects are advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in both agency and in-house environments.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends, including social media, video production, and interactive design.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.

- Salary: $16k-$30k USD per annum
