We’re looking for a focused, self-motivated, and target-driven Commercial Property Consultant to join our fast-paced environment in our Gauteng and Cape Town offices.

Description of Role
  • New Business Development by means of canvassing and networking
  • Constant and proactive mining of a large and constantly updated leads database
  • Arrange viewings with Landlords and prospective Tenants
  • Integrating your day-to-day role with the Global Corporate Services Team & Auction Team to streamline the interaction between the divisions
  • Updating of internal CRM system
  • Updating online platforms when marketing any stock
  • Timeously communicate with prospective clients that have made inquiries
  • Conduct and manage the interaction between the parties of a transaction with integrity and professionalism in order to establish a successful outcome and to maintain good relationships
  • Draft and complete legal documents
  • Be regarded as an area specialist broker which includes growing and maintaining relationships with the respective landlords and tenants within the given area
  • Manage and control a lease expiry database within your team to ensure that you are the first point of contact
  • Adhere to and remain inquisitive about industry best practices
  • Remain knowledgeable about property values and valuations within your area
