ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global BPO company, partnering with a US-based client in the Real Estate Management sector, who is urgently seeking an Inbound & Outbound Customer Service Agent.

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to support our US client who is a real estate investment and development company. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling property showings, following up on rental inquiries, and assisting tenants with questions and requests. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and play an important role in providing a professional, helpful experience.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • Working Hours:This role requires you to workEST hoursMon - Fri from 9am to 6pmEST(currently this is 16h00pm to 01h00am South African time - subject to change in accordance with daylight savings in the United States).
  • Public Holidays:This role requires you to work on both South African and US public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA)
  • Internet Requirements:Afixed fibre linewith a minimum speed of25 Mbps (upload & download)and the ability to support awired Ethernet connectionis mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
  • Power Backup:Areliable power backup solutionis required to manageload shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
  • Work Environment:This is a fully remote working role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from tenants and prospects
  • Schedule appointments and property showings
  • Follow up on leads, rental inquiries, and missed calls
  • Assist with rent questions, maintenance requests, and general property information
  • Update internal systems and maintain accurate records of communications
  • Industry experience in real estate, property management, or a leasing office
  • Excellent and fluent English communication skills
  • Friendly, professional phone manner and proactive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident with computers, including MS Office and Outlook
