Duties & Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate HR, ER, IR, and compliance services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow through on all sales leads. Draft and present tailored proposals and quotations in alignment with service offerings.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-up and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with HR consultants to stay informed on service offerings and industry developments.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on labour legislation and HR compliance trends.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Represent HR Consult at trade shows, expos, and industry networking events.
Desired Experience & Qualification
