The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services to clients, while also driving sales and promoting the company’s full range of solutions. This role requires a combination of hands-on technical ability, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to client relationship management in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Comply with the law, the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Willing to work overtime from time to time.
  • Update the relevant policies and procedures.
  • Maintain existing customers relations.
  • Provide service to our customers, including installations, servicing, repairs, deliveries and customer training on all the company’s products.
  • Assist with helpdesk support.
  • Assist with stock counts.
  • Assist with office administration.
  • Sales of product offering including software, spares and consumables.
  • Marketing the company’s products and services, including cold calling, visiting new customers and to give demonstrations.
Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12) essential
  • Minimum 1 year experience within an FMCG or technical service environment
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, POS software)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, and proactive with high levels of integrity and enthusiasm
