Accounting Controller – RTR & Financial Controls
Job summary
A leading health technology company is seeking an Accounting Controller in Roodepoort to ensure the integrity of financial and management reporting. The ideal candidate will manage diverse responsibilities including advising business partners on accounting standards and refining financial processes. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, strong IFRS knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time office role with a requirement for onsite presence, supporting financial operations across the META region.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related accounting experience.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience in the MENA region is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Ensure integrity of financial and management reporting.
- Advise the Business Partner on accounting standards.
- Monitor Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements.
