Job summary

A leading healthcare provider is looking for a Support Resource Officer to coordinate emergency vehicle dispatch based on calls at their contact centre in Rivonia, South Africa. The ideal candidate must have a Grade 12 qualification and experience in an emergency contact centre. Responsibilities include dispatching vehicles, managing calls, and performing administrative tasks. Candidates with a BAA or Level 3 first aid certification are preferred. Qualifications

Main Purpose of Job

To assess and coordinate emergency vehicles or calls to ensure a timeous response to incidents logged on Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD). To assist in receiving, prioritise and log emergency and non-emergency telephone calls and to determine the appropriate level of EMS assistance
