Job summary
A regional sales organization is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support military and aerospace sales efforts. The role requires managing forecasts, coaching team members, and developing customer relationships. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have over six years of field sales experience in related industries. This position operates out of a home office in the Northwest region and requires travel.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of direct field sales experience or marketing experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is a plus.
- Territory travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the field sales team.
- Manage a 12-month forecast and design pipeline.
- Develop relationships with customer management in the region.
- Coach team members to improve effectiveness.
