Job summary

A leading testing and certification company in South Africa is seeking a Business Procurement Administrator. This full-time position involves coordinating procurement activities, ensuring the timely receipt of goods, and working closely with the procurement team to achieve KPIs. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of procurement experience and be proficient in MS Office applications. A tertiary qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in procurement.
  • Experience in transactional administration and accounting.
  • Ability to work with procurement KPIs and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the sole point of contact for business procurement needs.
  • Work with the procurement team to meet KPIs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
  • Co-ordinate with procurement regarding new supplier requirements.
