The ideal candidate will have a Matric qualification, relevant tertiary education, and 3-5 years of experience in cleaning operations. This role requires strong knowledge of cleaning processes, leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Retail, Operations, or related field is needed.
• 3-5 years of experience in cleaning operations and team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and supervise site teams.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage staffing levels, recruitment, and training.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site audits and resolve service issues.
• Manage budgets and stock usage.
• Promote sustainable cleaning practices.
• Drive innovation using new cleaning technologies.
