External Sales Representative required for a reputable hardware company based in Richards Bay, KZN.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years sales experience within the hardware industry.
• Able to clearly present product and service information.
• Able to work without direct supervision.
• Able to analyse market and client base.
• Cold calling and telemarketing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Visit clients to demonstrate products, show samples and solve client needs, negotiate new and replacement orders.
• Arrange a program of visits to all existing clients, source potential new clients by contacting key personnel and making appointments.
• Develop and update knowledge of company and competitors' products and work with other sales and marketing personnel to establish the best methods of promoting products.
• Investigate and determine customers' needs, explain and demonstrate products which may involve technical presentations of products and the application they may be used in.
