- Manage and coordinate marketing staff.
- Oversee execution of digital and print marketing activities.
- Lead planning for major brand campaigns.
A leading global manufacturer and supplier of protective clothing and safety equipment is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.
- Manage and coordinate marketing staff
- Provide direction to Brand & Creative agency and Digital & Social agency
- Oversee execution of digital, print, and internal marketing activities
- Review content, designs, and messaging for brand accuracy.
- Respond to internal requests for marketing support or approvals
- Oversee social media engagement and monitor brand visibility
- Track leads received from digital channels
- Track leads generated from Shows
- Brief, review, and manage agency deliverables and timelines
- Develop and manage the monthly social media content plan with external marketing company
- Coordinate briefs and execution of tactical activities (WhatsApp messages, emailers, product materials)
- Oversee development of new collateral (videos, flyers, digital brochures, presentations)
- Bi-weekly HOD Meetings
- Weekly Sales Meeting
- Weekly Sales & Marketing Meeting
- Annual Management Review Meeting
- Manage and report on full marketing budget.
- Lead planning and execution of major brand campaigns and events
- Oversee full company presence at all trade exhibitions, conferences, and sponsored events
- Ensure up-to-date, on-brand content across all touchpoints (internal and external)
- Represent marketing in strategic planning sessions
- Support internal communication and staff-facing initiatives as needed
