The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the Company’s most significant clients. This role involves understanding client needs, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Ability to operate in different levels such as senior business and executives who influence purchasing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients at an operational and strategic level.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Strategic Account Planning
  • Gain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and improve client experience.
  • Drive quarterly review sessions specific to the operational performance of the client’s terminal fleet.
Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling terminals and services, including emerging technologies such as Android, that can enhance clients’ daily operations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Internal Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Cappayments, Call Centre and Production, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, providing regular reports on account status.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
