We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our SAP Concur team in Midrand, South Africa.
Proactive involvement in business process improvement and SAP Concur enablement initiatives including implementation, maintenance, and support of SAP Concur.
Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges.
Analyzing authorization and approval business processes and workflows for Expense and Invoice.
Understanding of SAP Concur product functionality and how it relates to business users.
Gather functional and business requirements from clients and translate them into the scope of Concur products/services.
Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients' desired business outcomes.
Assist in defining the 'To-Be' stage of processes, solution application requirements, and performance measurements.
Develop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap, and plan to achieve the 'To-Be' stage effectively.
Manage and conduct deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes.
Proactive involvement in large-scale multi-site transformational change efforts, including efficiency initiatives, organizational restructurings, and capabilities development.
Support team with building opportunity pipelines and proposals to clients.
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently.
Ability to be strategic and creative while remaining detail-oriented and process-focused.
Lead a team of SAP Concur specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
