Job description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Developing new relationships with clients to expand our current client base.
  • Maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty through timely communication and support.
  • Conducting regular business reviews to evaluate client satisfaction with our products and services, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Identifying and communicating sales opportunities within key accounts to the sales team, driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Keeping clients informed about new product offerings, updates, and industry trends, positioning us as a thought leader.
  • Attending client meetings to strengthen relationships with existing accounts, building trust and rapport through active listening and solution-oriented approaches.
  • Meeting client relationship targets and KPIs as defined by the Head of Sales, demonstrating accountability and results-driven performance.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to support client needs, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Addressing and resolving client concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Administering client satisfaction surveys and reviews to gather feedback, informing product development and service improvements.
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues, ensuring proactive issue resolution and process enhancements.
