Job Summary: Serving as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters, the Service Advisor's core responsibility is to listen and thoroughly understand customer problems, arrange for appropriate service, and set/manage expectations for service delivery.
The ideal Service Advisor has an unrestricted driver's license, a clean driving record, strong mechanical aptitude, at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, post-secondary automotive training, and certification by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (or willingness to obtain it). Experience with CDJR or domestic vehicles is required. The role offers a great work schedule and weekly performance-based bonuses.

Includes greeting customers, diagnosing reported problems, recommending repairs, managing customer expectations, maintaining documentation, enforcing safety standards, managing parts inventory, and ensuring a high-quality environment. Performs other duties as assigned.
