1. Provide a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
2. Greet others with a courteous telephone manner and reply promptly to email enquiries
3. Ensure the visitors book is completed properly and visitors are supported and directed to their destination promptly
4. Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues
5. Support with general office duties such as payroll, and recruitment & selection

You will be making outbound sales calls to current, ex-, and potential customers, helping them choose the best insurance products for their appliances or devices. This is a remote role where resilience, rapport-building, and motivation are key to success.
