An established industry player is seeking a High-Volume Recruitment Specialist to lead recruitment campaigns across various positions. This remote, full-time role emphasizes a positive candidate experience, requiring exceptional communication skills and proficiency in multiple languages. You'll collaborate closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets while managing candidate data in the ATS. As a High-Volume Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing high-volume recruitment campaigns across various positions within the organization, for external staff only. Your role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging a large number of candidates simultaneously, ensuring we have the best candidates ready to join our team.
Proficiency in English is required for effective communication. Candidates proficient in Zulu, Xhosa, and Afrikaans are valued, as it can be beneficial for connecting with a diverse candidate pool. You may conduct interviews and assessments in multiple languages, if possible.
Collaboration is key. You'll work closely with the Lead Recruiter and the COO to understand the company's unique hiring requirements and help the team meet our hiring targets.
Delivering a positive and efficient candidate experience is a core part of your role. Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates, ensuring their recruitment journey is smooth and positive.
Accurate record-keeping is vital. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date candidate records and data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and generating reports and metrics related to high-volume recruitment activities.
