Join a high-end beauty and wellness brand bringing premium African botanical products to clients in luxury retail and hospitality. This is a full-time remote role for a driven sales professional who excels in client relationship management and end-to-end sales delivery.
Our client is known for its exceptional formulations using sustainably sourced African botanicals. Operating at the intersection of luxury and natural innovation, the brand partners with top-tier hospitality groups and boutique retailers. With ongoing growth and expansion, the company is seeking a skilled Sales & Account Manager to support its client base and drive new business opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is confident managing the full sales cycle, and enjoys building trusted client relationships. You will be responsible for lead generation, onboarding, ongoing account management, and coordination across operations and logistics to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Manage the full sales process, including quoting, negotiation, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and oversee inventory to ensure timely fulfilment
  • Track and report on sales performance using CRM systems and internal tools
  • Monitor client feedback and identify service improvement opportunities
  • Streamline account processes and support operational efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery

Remuneration
R20,000/month + competitive incentive package)
