Descrizione del lavoro
A well-established hotel is seeking a receptionist to provide a warm and welcoming guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, own reliable transport, and live within a 20km radius of Kuilsriver. Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans, along with a professional appearance, are essential. Experience in hospitality is preferred. Salary up to R12,000 depending on experience. Shifts will include weekends and public holidays.

- Manage check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Handle guest queries and provide relevant information.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
- Maintain accurate reservation and guest records.
- Provide on-site shuttle service to restaurant/tasting centre.
- Assist with basic bar service when needed.
