Job summary

A well-established hotel is seeking a receptionist to provide a warm and welcoming guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, own reliable transport, and live within a 20km radius of Kuilsriver. Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans, along with a professional appearance, are essential. Experience in hospitality is preferred. Salary up to R12,000 depending on experience. Shifts will include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must have own reliable transport.
• Must live in Kuilsriver or within ±20km radius.
• Professional appearance is a high priority.
• Must be aged between 25 and 40.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests.
• Manage check-in and check-out process efficiently.
• Handle guest queries and provide relevant information.
• Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
• Maintain accurate reservation and guest records.
• Provide on-site shuttle service to restaurant/tasting centre.
• Assist with basic bar service when needed.
