About The Organisation And The Role

Lance Real Estate is a leading property company situated on the Atlantic Seaboard. They are seeking an experienced, professional Executive Assistant to support the dynamic CEO. This individual will be the right‑hand person to Lance Real Estate’s visionary leader, ensuring the CEO’s day‑to‑day operations run seamlessly, managing schedules, handling communications, and providing essential administrative support. This position is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at organisation, and is committed to contributing to the success of a growing company.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Efficiently organise and manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritising key activities.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Meeting Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and schedule internal and external meetings and prepare necessary materials. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring the CEO’s smooth and comfortable travel experience.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organise important documents, files, and records, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Task Prioritisation: Assist in prioritising tasks, managing deadlines, and promptly addressing critical responsibilities.
  • General: ad hoc administrative duties as and when required.

  • Work experience and industry exposure
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting high‑level executives.
  • Experience working in a demanding and fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner.
  • A mature, confident and responsible individual who is friendly and accessible.
