Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is urgently seeking Sales Assistants for various locations in Cape Town. Applicants should have at least 2 years of retail experience and a Matric qualification. The successful candidates will ensure excellent customer service and drive sales targets in a dynamic retail environment. Attractive salary package includes R7,000 to R8,000 per month plus incentives and medical insurance contribution.

We are urgently looking for passionate, energetic, and confident sales assistants to drive positive energy and excitement around our brand and products. The Sales Assistant vacancies are based in both the Southern and Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. - Ascertain customers' needs and recommend suitable products
- Proactively greet and assist customers
- Assist with and resolve customer queries
- Operate the point-of-sale system and ensure accurate processing of payments
- Keep stock neat and products well merchandised
- Stay updated on product information, answer questions, and address concerns
- Describe product features and benefits accurately
- Inform customers about current promotions

- Knowledge of POS and stock management systems
Salary : R7,000 to R8,000 per month + sales incentives (individual and store targets) + 100% contribution towards medical insurance (upon successful probation)
