• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing (FMCG) environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding processes and machinery.
• Working knowledge of ISO and Quality Management Systems.

• Conduct performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
