Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Warehouse Unit Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and a diploma in Logistics. Experience in warehouse management is essential, especially in the retail or aviation sectors. This role requires a commitment to safety and compliance, fostering a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Experience in the retail, onboard catering, or inflight service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of the aviation industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Plan and coordinate workflow to meet operational targets.
- Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock counts.
- Train and motivate warehouse staff.
