Bachelor's degree in technology or related discipline preferred. Minimum of six years experience in networks, computer setup, and software deployment. Strong Accounting / Finance / Budgeting experience required. Hands-on experience with SQL Server. Experience in manufacturing environment preferred. Experience in IT Management. Experience in user assistance and first line of support.

• Ensure ICT strategy is aligned with business objectives and IT trends.
• Ensure appropriate IT governance is in place, identify and manage IT risks.
• Ensure IT compliance with regulation and company policy.
• Ensure the use of company-approved software and hardware, with active supplier support.
• Ensure only licensed software is used within the company.
• Ensure daily backup of servers and conduct monthly tests.
• Run disaster recovery programs with hosting service providers.
• Ensure data from local servers at each site is replicated to production servers at the hosting site.
• Ensure all software and hardware updates/patches are applied as per IT policy.
• Ensure email is archived and mail protection is implemented (Manage Mimecast).
• Attend to Ossi call logging system.
• Manage and/or resolve incidents/requests/changes logged by users, prior to referring to service providers.
• Run maintenance programs as per agreed timelines or in response to incidents.
• Provide ad-hoc systems training/guidance.
• Maintain barcode register.
• Maintain users on GP, AD, and other systems.
• Calculate rep incentives and obtain approval signoff.
• Calculate selling prices or budget imports.
• Run and develop BI reports.
• Verify and approve agent incentives.
• Compile board reports.
• Manage changes to rebates when required.
