Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is looking for an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and support HR operations. This role requires 3+ years of experience in recruitment, familiarity with U.S.-based roles, and strong sourcing skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote, international work environment and possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources. Flexibility to work U.S. hours 30% of the time will be needed.

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations within global companies.
- Experience working remotely as part of an international team.
- Familiarity with recruiting for U.S.-based roles.
- Interest in AI-driven recruiting tools.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and regions.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and recruitment partners.
- Lead and support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Track recruitment metrics and assist in reporting.

- Previous experience working remotely as part of an international team
- Familiarity with recruiting for U.S.-based roles
- Experience with ATS platforms such as TeamTailor and an interest in AI‑driven recruiting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong sourcing skills and a solutions‑oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for people
- Requires flexibility to work U.S. hours approximately 30% of the time
- Work closely with globally distributed teams in a mission‑driven, collaborative environment
- South Africa hours primarily with some US EST flexibility.
