To plan and execute the refurbishment of rental buildings efficiently, within budget, and in line with agreed standards and timelines.
- Oversee refurbishment of rental units to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
- Ensure timely handover of refurbished units to the Transport and Fleet Controller.
- Execute refurbishment plans and track operational efficiency daily and monthly.
- Communicate refurbishment progress and delays to the operations team.
- Complete and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time.
- Ensure all team members are trained and signed off on operating procedures.
- Support and motivate the team to perform efficiently.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor staff attendance, timekeeping, and overtime.
- Supervise the refurbishment team to ensure alignment with company housekeeping standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Conduct and submit all required inspections.
- Degree or Diploma in Operations or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role
- Supervisory experience in manufacturing, construction, or rentals
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Valid driver’s license
