Project/Solutions Manager (BPO/Call Center)

They have an opportunity to expand their project and solutions team to provide an additional support layer to their clients, solutions teams and projects area.

Location: Cape Town, South Africa

Candidate Location: South Africa

Work Type: Full-time

Job Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm or 10:00am - 7:00pm(GMT+2)

Salary: R35 000 - R50 000 CTC per month

Requirements
  • Project Management: 3 years (Required)
  • Agile and Scrum experience.
  • BPO experience (non-negotiable).
  • Experience in running HR system implementation projects.
  • A strong background in client relationship management / project management, demonstrating an ability to anticipate, understand and fulfil the needs and requirements of client stakeholders
  • An ability to understand how technology solutions can deliver against client requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Adaptability to meet changing demands and flex to multitask problems solve
  • Ability to identify, analyse and address a wide variety of issues and problems in a high intensity environment
  • Good listener with strong communication skills
  • Commitment, high levels of internal motivation and resilience, and a positive attitude

Responsibilities
  • Strengthening our client relationships by understanding their business and requirements to be able to support recommending key business and technical solutions and applications to improve their operation, both inside our client’s offshore operations and within the client’s wider business
  • Supporting the Exec Team in client sales processes to manage elements of the bid process and solution design process for RFPs
  • Maintaining a functional understanding (and relationship with) the potential technologies and companies in their database of technology partners
  • Developing client relationships to support the CSD and provide a point of contact with client stakeholders and support delivery of key project
  • Delivering and managing key projects both internally and to our clients
