Our client, a well-established and fast-growing organisation, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support key business functions and drive impactful people initiatives. This senior-level role is ideal for someone who can confidently partner with leadership on strategic priorities, while also being hands-on with day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
• Manage projects across talent, performance and employee engagement
• Support and coach managers on employee relations and team development
• Drive change and culture initiatives
• Handle operational HR tasks

Experience & Requirements:

• Solid experience in an HRBP or senior HR role (8+ years)
• A background in pharma or FMCG is strongly preferred
• Able to think strategically but also willing to be hands-on
• Strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels
